What we collect
When you buy from us we collect your name, email address, and the tracking parameters attached to the link you arrived from (such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers). Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never received or stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use your details to process your order, deliver your purchase, provide support, and — only if you opted in at checkout — to send promotional email and SMS. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing us.
Advertising measurement
We share a hashed (SHA-256) form of your email and name with Meta so it can attribute purchases to the ad you clicked. Hashing means Meta does not receive these values in readable form. We never send your phone number. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing) and Meta (advertising measurement, hashed only). We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. Email help@breakthroughpub.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for checkout to work, and Meta Pixel cookies (_fbc, _fbp) for advertising measurement. You can block these in your browser settings; checkout will still work.
